Regarding Returns and Exchange

If you like what you see in the images on the website, you will like them even more when you receive them! At Mississippi, we take the job of delighting you very seriously.

The images on our website are near accurate representations of the pieces, but as with all hand-produced items, minor differences may exist. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process; to our eyes the pieces look only more alluring as a result.

However in the unlikely event of you receiving a product that is defective or has got damaged in transit or is not the product you had ordered, please WhatsApp us a picture within 24 hours of receiving it.

In case you need to send the package back to us, please ensure that all the returned items are unworn, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Once we are through with the reverse QC process, we will offer you a replacement/store credits. Rest assured we will act promptly to resolve any such issue in the best way possible.
